About the Role
Board Member (1 position available)
We’re so pleased you’ve found us and hope you might be one of our future Board Members. We are currently looking to recruit a Board Member.
At Prima Group, our Board Members play a vital role in shaping our direction and ensuring we stay on track.
You’ll collaborate closely with other Board Members and our Executive Team, helping to set our vision and priorities, while asking the right questions about performance and service delivery. By holding the leadership team accountable, you’ll ensure our focus remains firmly on putting customers first and continually improving what we do.
We’re looking for individuals who think differently, bring fresh perspectives and ask thoughtful questions. You’ll help us improve by bringing valuable lived experiences, commitment, insight and a collaborative spirit. You don’t need prior Board or housing experience, we’ll support you to build confidence in the role and many of our current members joined without it and have gone on to thrive.

About Us
We are a locally based housing association with over 2,800 properties, predominantly in Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral. We provide homes for families, single people, those over 55, and key workers on a shared ownership basis.
Ensuring our customers have good places to live that are safe, warm and secure is the starting point for us - however, we aim to do more than that.
